About

"La Table de Léontine” is the story about my passion for cooking. My cooking is a reflection of my values: genuine, honest and authentic. I travelled a lot and I discovered cooking traditions all over the world, flavours and tastes that inspire me every day in my kitchen.

I love local products and traditional French gourmet recipes, from my grandmother
in particular who taught me the taste of the real things: the smell of bread cooked in
the oven, the excitement of a pan of fresh vegetables just nicely seasoned, the
sweetness of seasonal fruits.....

It’s to her that I pay a tribute during my daily cooking: tasty and well balanced,
natural dishes; the right touch of pepper and salt to keep dishes authentic; quality
ingredients from producers I selected myself and of course my personal touch.

My tasty recipes are loved by a wide number of friends who frequently enjoy my delicious food and want to spend a good time, the most important thing of all.

Because of the success of my recipes I decided to export these quality recipes and to share my passion for "French cuisine” beyond the borders; on authentic but certainly modern cooking, rooted in today’s world, just like myself.

Contact

Over time, a tradition that is installed in the Bistro of the grandmother of Leontine. Customers delighted liked to leave little notes after food. Leontine still remembers the smiles moved with his grandmother to read them and it is therefore natural that she wanted to continue that tradition.
